A book review of the book Detox the Mind was organized at Darshan Academy, Jalandhar, wherein teachers shared stories from the book of Sant Rajinder Singh Ji Maharaj. They shared that negative thoughts like anger, depression, stress, and anguish can be detoxed from our minds. Boosting our mental health was another topic shared in the workshop. To enjoy mental and emotional health, the toxins intolerance, prejudice, lying, ego, hypocrisy, and desires can be detoxed by thinking positive things along with meditation daily. Meditation will help throw these negative thoughts out of our brains, and our minds will become stress-free. We can improve our relationships by throwing the poison of selfishness, jealousy and ego from our minds. To live a life of peace and joy, our mind should be detoxed from stress, dissatisfaction and ego by forgiving others and focusing on positive aspects. The stories shared in the spiritual workshop had an optimistic effect on the teachers’ minds, feelings, and thoughts.
