Darshan Education Foundation (DEF), marked its 30th Anniversary Celebrations with a grand event at Bharat Mandapam, Plenary Hall, Delhi on Wednesday 8th October 2025.

The Pearl Jubilee Celebrations were presided over by Darshan Education Foundation’s Founder Chairman and world-renowned Spiritual Master, Sant Rajinder Singh Ji Maharaj. He was joined by Shri Bhupender Yadav, Union Cabinet Minister for Environment, Forest & Climate Change; Padma Shri Deepa Malik, India’s first women Paralympics medalist; Padma Shri Prof. (Dr) Mahesh Verma, Vice Chancellor of Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University; Prof. R.K. Kotnala, prominent scientist; and Prof. Prateek Sharma, Vice-Chancellor, Delhi Technological University. The event began with a traditional lamp-lighting ceremony and a welcome song.
Speaking on the day’s theme, “Stillness to Strength — Illuminating Lives”, Sant Rajinder Singh Ji Maharaj highlighted the key role of holistic education in shaping future generations. Addressing the gathering in the auditorium, and a global audience watching the event online, he inspired all to not only empower children with academic excellence but also to nurture our inner strength through meditation. As students tap into the stillness within, they develop inner strength and peace, which creates an atmosphere of love, joy and peace.
The distinguished guests praised Darshan Education Foundation’s exemplary efforts in imparting value-based education over the past 30 years. They shared their insights on how a robust education system serves as a vehicle for change in today’s world.
On the occasion, Sant Rajinder Singh Ji Maharaj released a special commemorative souvenir.
The evening culminated with a cultural presentation by the students of Darshan Academy, Delhi. It was a kaleidoscope of colour, sound, and movement – a true celebration of creativity, meticulous preparation, artistic brilliance, and youthful zeal. An amalgamation of graceful classical dances; creative and thought-provoking segments that showcased DA’s holistic philosophy of nurturing the body, mind and soul; colorful folk dances; and a spectacular sports-aerobics performance, the program left the audience spellbound with its infectious energy. Alumni of the institution, now enjoying flourishing careers in different spheres of life, proudly walked the stage in a ramp walk, hand-in-hand with the present students – a shining testament to the school’s success in educating well-balanced, thriving individuals.
The final extravaganza brought together all the performers to the vibrant beats of the Darshan Academy song, the energetic music and choreography moving the audience to tap their feet and clap their hands in time with the rhythm. The crowd erupted in thunderous applause as the final note ended, lauding the children for this beautiful and breathtaking program.
