A workshop on pedagogical skills and learning outcomes was organised at Darshan Academy Jalandhar. The workshop emphasized learner engagement, active participation, critical thinking and meaningful understanding rather than rote memorization. The skills, including lesson planning, communication skills, classroom management, questioning techniques, critical thinking, and reflective teaching, were shared in the workshop. Activity on learning objectives vs. learning outcomes was also conducted in the workshop.
