A yoga session was conducted at Darshan Academy, Jalandhar, to mark International Yoga Day. The highlight of the celebration was a well-structured session led by an experienced yoga instructor, Mr. Davinder Singh. It commenced with meditation and light warm-up exercises, progressing into a sequence of asanas including Pranayama, Tadasana, Kapal Bhati, Shavasana, and Anulom Vilom. Both students and teachers participated with great enthusiasm, mirroring the postures demonstrated by the instructor. The hour-long session concluded with a calming relaxation technique, leaving all participants feeling refreshed and serene.
