An investiture ceremony was held with great pomp and show in Darshan Academy, Kot Sadiq Kala Singha road, Jalandhar to frame the new student council. After elections and interviewing the students the head boy and head girl were selected. Other selections included the house prefects, literary head, sports head, and cultural head. The students pledged to bestow their duties to the best of their abilities and were congratulated by the principal. He advised them to be role models and extended a supporting hand to the student council for the smooth running of the school.
